Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 12+ years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Angular/React, databases, cloud technologies, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+, J2EE, and Object-Oriented Programming.

• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.

• Strong experience developing Microservices and RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong experience with JPA/Hibernate, JDBC, and database integration.

• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.

• Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, clean architecture, and enterprise application development.

• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and automated unit/integration testing.

• Experience with Maven/Gradle, Git, and source control management.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with OAuth2, JWT, authentication, authorization, and application security.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, code review, and performance optimization skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications.

• Develop backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs with internal and third-party systems.

• Build responsive and reusable frontend applications using Angular or React.

• Develop database solutions and optimize queries and data-access components.

• Implement unit, integration, and automated testing.

• Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot application issues and perform performance tuning.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support application deployments.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and stakeholders.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Support application modernization, cloud migration, and production activities.

• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.

• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, DynamoDB, or other NoSQL databases.

• Knowledge of Spring Cloud, API Gateway, Service Discovery, and event-driven architecture.

• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring tools.

• Experience with cloud-native and distributed application development.

Domain Knowledge

• Experience developing enterprise business applications and customer-facing applications.

• Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, API integrations, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience working with large-scale applications and cross-functional development teams.

• Domain experience in Banking/Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, E-commerce, Telecom, or Technology is preferred.

• Understanding of business workflows, data-driven applications, and enterprise integration.

• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.
