Job Title: IAM Technical Project Manager

🧾 Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Project Manager to lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing IAM programs, coordinating with security teams, and delivering identity governance and access management solutions.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects including Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

Manage IAM implementations involving tools such as SailPoint, Okta, Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, and Ping.

Define and manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver).

Coordinate implementation of SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.

Work closely with security architects, infrastructure teams, and application owners to deliver IAM solutions.

Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, and internal security policies.

Drive IAM initiatives aligned with Zero Trust architecture.

Conduct access reviews, audits, and risk assessments.

Provide status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
