Job Title: Senior Product Campaign Analyst

Assignment Type: 06 months contract

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $45/hr. ON W2

Job Brief:

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Campaign Analyst who will be responsible for performing analyses related to ongoing projects and initiatives in the Advisors Plus Operations area. This position will play a large part in the implementation and roll out of projects integral to the success of the business unit. Duties will include developing technical solutions, culling and analyzing proprietary databases for customer targeting. Key focus will be on data analysis and leveraging technology to improve credit union s member engagement, competitiveness and performance.

Responsibilities:

Day in the Life:

  • Create both SAS templates using the SAS tools to address the reporting/targeting needs for both the consulting and campaign analyst teams; must be able to extrapolate the data and perform predictive modeling and cluster analysis. Ability to migrate/manipulate data within Excel and SharePoint portal.
  • Analyze data contained in the proprietary databases to identify data reporting issues with existing data and proposed reporting.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of various department metrics, including development and execution of regular campaign, monthly and/or quarterly reports.
  • Work with Management to identify departmental needs and determine technical solutions, acting as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Coordinate efforts of both internal and external partners to source any needed data for customer targeting and segmentation.
  • Work as a key marketing automation team member to research and define efficiencies aligned with the PSCU and Credit Union business objectives.
  • Perform in-depth analysis and reporting to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Perform analysis audits to provide recommendations on essential changes to improve data fidelity and segmentation.
  • Provide insight into marketing attribution on opportunities.
  • Keep pace with industry best practices, technologies, and strategies.
  • Provide documentation and training as updates are required to the campaign automation tool and the creatives of the Marketing Campaigns our customers require.
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies to streamline all core functions within your role.
  • Maintain work papers, data, plans, methods and results in a way that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
  • Create written and verbal communication materials that effectively summarize findings, supports fact-based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions.
  • Identify the data, and data sources required to investigate, evaluate and discover insight about credit union portfolios and campaigns.
  • Develop, solidify and maintain strong member/owner relationships by learning more about their organization, culture and goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with other corporate functional areas to attain common goals.
  • Remain current with Visa, MasterCard, FDR and industry products and services and stay abreast of the competitive environment.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues, risks and/or barriers to completing assignments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, other related field required.
  • Seven (7) years quantitative analysis experience and/or direct credit card experience required.
  • Three (3) years of experience with Campaign Automation Software including with building, customizing, delivering campaign programs, and reporting required.
  • Superior time management skills, detail orientation, and the ability to multi-task are needed to succeed.
  • Comfortable working at a granular level of processes and documentation with tight deadlines.
  • Two (2) years experience using SAS, SPSS or other data mining/database marketing software preferred. Client service experience preferred. Experience with Oracle, Siebel and HTML desired.
