Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop solutions using Object-Oriented ABAP, MVC architecture, and ABAP design patterns.
- Build integrations with SAP R/3 systems using ALE, EDI, IDOC, BAPI, and SAP Proxies.
- Develop ABAP RICEFs (Reports/ALV, Interfaces, Conversions, Workflows, Enhancements, SmartForms, SAP Scripts).
- Implement enhancement techniques including User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, BTE, VOFM, implicit/explicit enhancements.
- Participate in SAP end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and production support.
- Perform performance tuning, testing, and optimization using SQL Trace, Runtime Analysis, and SCI.
- Work with ABAP Dictionary objects (Tables, Data Elements, Domains, Views, Structures, Search Helps, Lock Objects).
- Schedule and analyze background jobs.
- Coordinate with onsite functional teams, client stakeholders, and offshore technical teams.
- Work within Agile development methodology.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;SAP ABAP, S/4HANA
- Object-Oriented ABAP
- ABAP on HANA
- SAP FICO Functional Knowledge
- Experience with S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
- Development using CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services.
- Experience building SAP Fiori applications and Fiori Elements framework.
- Understanding of SAP BTP environments (ABAP environment, Cloud Foundry).
- Experience with side-by-side extensibility on BTP.
- Knowledge of Clean Core architecture and custom code dependency analysis.
- Experience in custom code migration to SAP BTP.
