Position Summary
We are seeking a SaaS Applications Support to administer, and integrate core business platforms across CRM, ERP, and service management systems. This role will focus on day to day platform support, automation, and complex system integrations, while partnering with a broader IT systems team in a large, multi platform environment.
The ideal candidate has strong NetSuite experience, is comfortable working with APIs and JSON, and can quickly learn new SaaS platforms while supporting users, improving workflows, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support SaaS platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce, Freshservice, and other business applications
- Provide hands on user support (access issues, field creation, configuration changes, workflow troubleshooting)
- Design, support, and troubleshoot complex system integrations using APIs (iPaaS platforms such as Ricato)
- Work with JSON data structures and API payloads
- Support and automate workflows within SaaS platforms
- Perform data migrations, data analysis, and data validation across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain stable, scalable CRM/ERP integrations
- Participate in ongoing improvements to platform reliability, automation, and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience supporting and administering SaaS platforms
- Strong experience with NetSuite administration
- Experience integrating SaaS systems using APIs / iPaaS tools
- Working knowledge of JSON
- Comfortable working with and analyzing data
- Experience supporting CRM, ERP, and enterprise SaaS platforms
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and platform functionality
- Experience working in larger, team based environments (not a one person IT role)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce and Freshservice
- Experience supporting or leading data migration projects
- Familiarity with automation within SaaS platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills across integrated systems
