What You’ll Do

  • Architect comprehensive product systems and intricate mechanical components from initial concept through to final production.

  • Synthesize complex engineering requirements into functional, high-performance designs for advanced processing and mixing solutions.

  • Execute sophisticated CAD and CAE workflows to ensure rigorous design validation and structural integrity.

  • Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to streamline the transition from prototype to full-scale industrial fabrication.

  • Collaborate within a dynamic R&D environment to evolve existing product lines and pioneer new technological breakthroughs.

  • Navigate the full product development lifecycle, ensuring every component meets the highest standards of precision and mechanical aptitude.


What You Bring

  • Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks and a deep command of CAD/CAE tools for modeling and analytical simulation.

  • Design Intuition: A profound mechanical aptitude specifically geared toward machine design and innovative product evolution.

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in product development, ideally within electrical equipment or complex industrial component sectors.

  • Operational Readiness: A commitment to on-site excellence in the scenic Southwest Montana region (relocation assistance provided).

  • Regulatory Compliance: Due to the specialized nature of these projects, U.S. Citizenship is required.
