What You’ll Do
Architect comprehensive mechanical solutions, steering high-impact projects from the initial conceptual phase through final deployment.
Synthesize technical requirements to troubleshoot existing processes and catalyze the development of next-generation industrial products.
Lead rigorous technical inquiries and formalize design specifications, delivering data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
Engineer diverse mechanical frameworks for prototype and pre-commercial units within a fast-paced, advanced R&D environment.
Champion quality and precision, ensuring all designs meet the rigorous standards of demanding global manufacturing sectors.
Drive the transition of innovative ideas into manufacturable assets, providing technical mentorship and leadership throughout the production cycle.
What You Bring
Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited).
Professional Tenure: Up to 8 or more years of dedicated experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
Simulation Mastery: Advanced proficiency in ANSYS and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate structural integrity.
CAD Expert: Deep professional experience utilizing SolidWorks for complex 3D modeling and design.
Industry Acumen: A proven history of leadership in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) environments, specifically within electrical equipment or industrial component sectors.
Regulatory Requirement: Valid U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this specific engagement.
