Motion Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Houston, Texas. This is a long-term contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful marketing and multimedia projects. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, strong design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team while independently managing tasks.

Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos to support marketing and corporate communications.
Create compelling visual assets for print, static designs, and multimedia platforms.
Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and execute projects that align with the brand's objectives.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and other tools, to deliver designs with a high level of attention to detail.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
Work closely with contractors and other designers to maintain a cohesive design approach.
Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the overall creative output.
Adapt to hybrid work arrangements, with on-site collaboration required three days a week.
Ensure all designs meet branding guidelines and project specifications.
Participate in virtual and in-person team meetings to foster strong working relationships.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design, animation, and video production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong understanding of motion design principles and video editing techniques.
Ability to produce high-quality work for both B2B marketing and corporate communications.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a history of delivering projects on time.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to bring creative ideas and innovative solutions to projects.
