The individual will support project execution, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and assist in business analysis tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will:
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables and stakeholder expectations
- Maintain up to date project documentation
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with developers, QA and business teams to track progress and resolve issues
These skills will help you succeed in this role:
- Prior experience in business analysis or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn effective use of project management software like Clarity
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Project coordination: track progress on multiple projects
- Meeting management: set up, sometimes facilitate and document meetings capturing action items and next steps
- Issue tracking and follow-ups: monitor open items, collate updates from responsible parties
- Data and process analysis: support requirement gathering and process mapping for initiatives related to Market Surveillance
