About the Role


We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to support manufacturing and engineering operations by ensuring product and process quality meet rigorous standards. This role focuses on defect resolution, root cause analysis, quality data analysis, and continuous improvement, working cross-functionally to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities


  • Analyze quality metrics and trends to drive data-driven improvements

  • Lead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) using 5-Whys and countermeasure development

  • Support tiered management systems and structured escalation processes

  • Facilitate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions (CARs)

  • Perform Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and support containment activities

  • Maintain and improve inspection plans and quality control processes

  • Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Support PFMEA activities and risk mitigation strategies

  • Review technical documentation and enforce contractual quality requirements

  • Apply GD&T principles to ensure product design integrity

  • Collaborate with operators and cross-functional teams to reinforce quality standards


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field (or 10+ years of relevant experience)

  • Minimum 5+ years of quality engineering experience

  • Strong experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments

  • Expertise in RCCA, NCR/CAR processes, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Proficiency in GD&T, PFMEA, and MSA

  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
