Infrastructure Project Manager

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Infrastructure Project Manager

As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will:

The ideal candidate will have: Must have Skills:

• 7+ years of Project Management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery
• Deep understanding of hosting components: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancers, firewalls
• Strong Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery experience
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Lead infrastructure scrum teams and run Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.)
• Manage end-to-end infrastructure delivery projects, including servers, storage, databases, OS, and network components
• Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and track dependencies
• Interface with application, infrastructure, and architecture teams to ensure solution alignment
• Maintain Jira boards, track sprints, manage epics/stories, and drive team accountability
• Handle risks, escalations, and status reporting for leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure production readiness, change management, and post-implementation support
• Coordinate with security, compliance, and operations teams as needed

• 7+ years of Project Management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure delivery
• Deep understanding of hosting components: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancers, firewalls
• Strong Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall delivery experience
• Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, especially in executive reporting and stakeholder engagement
• Experience delivering projects in large enterprise environments, preferably financial services

• Prior large bank experience
• PMP and/or CSM certification
• Familiarity with BofA internal processes, controls, and tools
