Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer in Wilmington, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Design, build, and support scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services within Microsoft Azure
* Automate cloud deployments and infrastructure management using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools and best practices
* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline application delivery and platform updates
* Support containerized applications and orchestration platforms in cloud environments.
* Implement automation for provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows
* Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and reliability through proactive alerting and observability solutions
* Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to deliver secure and reliable cloud services
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud and infrastructure issues across distributed systems
* Apply cloud governance, security, networking, and identity management standards
* Contribute to platform enhancements, operational excellence initiatives, and continuous process improvements
* Participate in on-call support and incident response activities for critical cloud services

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
* 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or related roles
* Strong experience designing, deploying, and supporting cloud solutions within Microsoft Azure
* Experience building and managing automated CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes
* Experience with configuration management and infrastructure automation tools
* Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance management tools in cloud environments
* Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud platforms and multi-team environments
* Hands-on expertise with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or similar technologies
* Knowledge of containerization technologies and container orchestration platforms
* Strong understanding of cloud networking, security, identity management, and governance principles
* Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar languages
* Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Relevant cloud certifications are a plus
* Familiarity with AI/ML platforms, cloud-based analytics, or modern data technologies is a plus
* Knowledge of GitOps methodologies and cloud-native deployment practices preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
