Job Description:

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in D365 CRM, Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions

·         Develop plugins, custom workflows, actions, and JavaScript

·         Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and security roles

·         Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

·         Develop and maintain integrations using REST/Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or Service Bus

·         Implement data migration and data management strategies

·         Support deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements
