- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Zoho product suite (CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, Analytics required)
- Zoho Deluge scripting (Data Enriched Language for the Universal Grid Environment)
- Java within Zoho/customization contexts
- Building XML-based files
- Experience with system analysis, documentation, monitoring, and reporting/analytics techniques
- Experience in integrating enterprise applications (APIs, web services, integration architectures)

DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
This role is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of a Zoho-based CRM environment.
The organization previously implemented multiple Zoho products (CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, Analytics) with a vendor, but the implementation has critical issues. The selected candidate will evaluate the current environment, define improvement plans, and execute enhancements aligned with Zoho standards.
The work includes collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to stabilize and optimize the system, improve integrations, and ensure long-term maintainability supported by Zoho enterprise support.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing Zoho environment and develop an improvement roadmap
- Design and develop Zoho CRM applications, flows, APIs, reports, dashboards, screen layouts, and integrations
- Collaborate with project teams to estimate effort and timelines
- Develop and execute testing plans for migrations and system changes
- Implement updates and enhancements to existing applications and infrastructure
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation
- Provide troubleshooting and user support
- Work with stakeholders to define, test, and implement system improvements
- Ensure solutions align with Zoho platform standards and best practices.
