Summary

Job Title: ServiceNow CMDB Developer
Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support CMDB solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Configure integrations using Service Graph connectors, APIs, and database (JDBC) connections.

Build automation solutions to reduce manual and repetitive tasks.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications and enhancements.

Maintain and improve CMDB data quality and integrity.

Create and manage ETL jobs for data integration.

Work with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell.

Research and implement new tools and technologies for system improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

6+ years of overall IT experience.

4+ years of development experience.

2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript.

Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations.

Solid understanding of CMDB table hierarchy.

Knowledge of CSDM and Service Mapping.

Experience with ServiceNow tools such as Update Sets, Flow Designer, and Business Rules.

Familiarity with ITOM and ITAM best practices.
