Solutions Architect
Apply expert-level technical expertise across multiple Salesforce domains, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities like Flow, Apex, and LWC.
Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security across applications, integrations, and third-party tools.
Manage Salesforce architecture to support enterprise-wide initiatives involving:
Application: Configurations, customization, and development with Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
Integrations: Middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), APis, and event-driven architectures.
Data: Data migration, ET processes, and data governance within Salesforce environments.
Drive the adoption of Salesforce best practices, including DevOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based version control.
Develop and maintain enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture standards, frameworks, and best practices.
Collaborate with IT staff, subject matter experts, business partners, and clients to assess business processes, identify pain points, and define architectural solutions.
Design and review Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with organizational strategies, data governance policies, and technical standards.
Lead large and complex Salesforce projects and initiatives that may involve cross-functional teams, cloud-to-cloud integrations, and cutting-edge technologies.
Partner with stakeholders to create business case assessments, project justifications, ROl analyses, architectural reviews, and RFP evaluations.
Evaluate and recommend Salesforce apps, add-ons, and AppExchange solutions to enhance system capabilities.
Provide leadership and guidance to project personnel and architects on Salesforce-related projects.
Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, recommending improvements or innovations to existing Salesforce architecture.
