- What is driving this need? (ex. Backfill for FTE or CW, new project, business growth)

- Do you have any additional upcoming hiring needs or is this request part of a larger hiring initiative? Hand-down automation engineer that can help with the QA efforts for the standardization initiative for LNR.

Need hands-down test engineers that have strong skillset in SQL, Teradata, ETL and Snowflakes (Preferred).

Need Lead Software development Engineers in Test (SDET) that focus on building and maintaining manual and automated test frameworks and ensuring code quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Typical Day in the Role

- Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities and a description of the project (Outside of the Workday JD).

- What are the performance expectations/metrics?

- What makes this role unique? Project Team will need a hand-down automation engineer that is able to perform the below tasks.

Software Engineers will be part of the Scrum team driven by the Product Owners.

Software Engineers should be part of 2-week sprint

Attend daily stand-up meetings, quarterly PI planning meetings.

Participate in end of sprint retrospectives.

Create and document test cases for the project initiative.

Execute tests during the sprint cycle, log defects and follow the QA test processes.

Automate the tests using the automated framework.

Performance expectations/metrics are based on achieving high standards when performing test planning, test execution, test automation, defect management and project deliverables. Performance will be evaluated based on hands down experience and skillset when it comes to SQL, Teradata and Snowflake (Preferred).
