Description

• Lead project management and implementation for a statewide modernization project.
• Coordinate deployment activities and manage rollout readiness.
• Track progress and ensure successful transition from testing to deployment.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure pilot and statewide rollout success.
• Work remotely with occasional onsite requirements in the region.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques for effective execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to maintain alignment and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage implementation activities during pilot and deployment phases.
• Coordinate efforts across functional, technical, and business teams.
• Track and report on implementation progress and status.
• Resolve implementation issues and recommend process improvements.
• Facilitate meetings and manage stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 11 years of experience in project implementation and communication planning.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with large-scale organizational change initiatives.
