Workday Business Systems Analyst ( Workday Financials)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract 

Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Workday Financials and integration testing to support enterprise initiatives, system enhancements, and ongoing operational needs.
• This role will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Integration, and Technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and ensure high-quality delivery through comprehensive testing practices.

Requirement:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a strong focus on integration testing supporting Workday Financials

• Hands-on experience implementing and testing the following Workday Financials modules:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP) – Supplier Invoices

  • Expenses

  • Procurement / Suppliers

  • Assets

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

• 3+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations, including:

  • EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)

  • Workday Studio

  • Workday Web Services (WWS) / REST APIs

  • Third-party financial system integrations

• Proven experience leading and executing:

  • Integration Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • End-to-End (E2E) Testing

• Strong understanding of financial business processes and internal controls

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
