Summary

Job Title: Quadient Developer / Quadient Inspire Developer

Location: Omaha, NE

Contract

Responsibilities:

Design and develop customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite.
Create and maintain templates for letters, statements, invoices, policies, and reports.
Develop workflows using Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Interactive, and Automation.
Configure batch and on-demand document generation processes.
Integrate Quadient applications with APIs, databases, MQ, SFTP, XML, JSON, and other enterprise systems.
Perform data mapping, transformation, and document composition.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize document workflows.
Support migration from legacy CCM systems to Quadient platforms.
Conduct unit testing, QA support, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
Maintain technical documentation and version control.
Ensure ADA compliance and document quality standards when required.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Quadient Inspire Designer, Scaler, Interactive, and Automation.
Knowledge of XML, JSON, XSLT, PDF, AFP, and document composition.
Experience with JavaScript, Groovy, SQL, Java, or Python.
Understanding of CCM (Customer Communication Management) concepts.
Experience with workflow automation and template development.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and Git/version control.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS.
Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
Exposure to Documaker, OpenText Exstream, or other CCM tools.

Knowledge of API integrations and microservices
