About the Role

AaraTech Inc is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst Retail & E-Commerce (2-3 Years Experience) to support security operations and protect e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and customer data. This role focuses on monitoring cyber threats, identifying vulnerabilities, responding to security incidents, and ensuring secure digital transactions. You will collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and compliance teams to maintain a secure and resilient retail environment. Ideal for early-career cyber security professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and investigate cyber security incidents

• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities

• Analyze security logs using SIEM tools to detect threats

• Protect e-commerce applications, payment gateways, and customer information

• Implement and maintain security controls, policies, and best practices

• Support incident response, threat detection, and risk mitigation efforts

• Conduct security audits and assist with PCI DSS compliance activities

• Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and security teams

• Maintain security documentation, reports, and incident records

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, or a related role

• Basic understanding of network security, web application security, and cyber security principles

• Familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Endpoint Protection

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Understanding of common cyber threats, phishing, malware, and vulnerability management

• Exposure to AWS or cloud security concepts

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities
