Job Description:

Audit and validate existing CMDB records (servers, storage, network devices, and applications).
Map dependencies between infrastructure components.
Validate discovered data against CMDB records.
Set up automated discovery for post-move validation.
Ensure configuration items (CIs) reflect the new data center environment post-move.

Required Skills:

Working knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture (CI classes, relationships, data models)
Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery (MID Server, probes, sensors, patterns)
Understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, storage, network, app tiers)
Ability to perform data audits and reconcile discovered data
ITIL Configuration Management concepts
1 2 yrs ServiceNow CMDB administration/configuration
Hands-on ServiceNow Discovery in lab or production

Nice to Have:

Entry-to-mid level position (1-2 yrs required).
ServiceNow Discovery certification a plus.
