Job Title: SCM & Order Management Cluster Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SCM & Order Management Cluster Lead to drive end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of supply chain and order management solutions. This role will lead key functional areas including Order Management, CPQ (Configure Price Quote), Product Data Hub (PDH), and Subscription Management. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing large-scale enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities

Cluster Leadership

• Lead the overall SCM & Order Management cluster, ensuring successful delivery across all modules.

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.

• Define and enforce solution architecture, governance, and best practices.

• Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.

Order Management

• Lead the design and implementation of order lifecycle processes including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and invoicing.

• Configure and optimize order flows, pricing, shipping, and fulfillment rules.

• Ensure seamless integration with inventory, logistics, and finance systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve order processing and fulfillment issues.

CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) / CPQ Lead

• Lead implementation and optimization of CPQ solutions.

• Define and manage product configuration rules, pricing models, and quoting workflows.

• Ensure accurate and efficient quote-to-order conversion.

• Collaborate with sales teams to improve sales effectiveness and user experience.

Order Management / CPQ Configurations

• Oversee configuration of pricing rules, discounting, bundling, and product configurations.

• Ensure consistency between CPQ and Order Management systems.

• Maintain and enhance configuration frameworks to support evolving business needs.

Product Data Hub (PDH)

• Manage product lifecycle and master data management within PDH.

• Ensure accurate maintenance of product structures, attributes, and hierarchies.

• Govern product data quality and consistency across systems.

• Support product onboarding and updates for CPQ and Order Management.

Subscription Management Lead

• Lead implementation and management of subscription-based business models.

• Configure subscription billing, renewals, amendments, and pricing structures.

• Ensure integration with order management, billing, and finance systems.

• Support recurring revenue models and lifecycle management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in SCM and Order Management systems.

• Strong expertise in:

  • Order Management systems

  • CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

  • Product Data Hub (PDH)

  • Subscription Management

• Hands-on experience in system configuration and business process design.

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise implementations.

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) processes.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading platforms such as Oracle SCM, Salesforce CPQ, or similar.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies, product modeling, and revenue management.

• Experience in integration with ERP, CRM, and billing systems.

• Familiarity with Agile/DevOps delivery models.

• Industry experience in manufacturing, retail, telecom, or SaaS.
