Senior Salesforce Architect Lead with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)

• Architecture & Solution Design: Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Salesforce FSC Expertise: Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, including client relationships, householding, financial accounts, and wealth management business processes.
• Data 360 & Data Modeling: Drive enterprise data modeling, data integration, and data architecture using Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), ensuring data consistency, quality, and governance.

• Technical Leadership: Provide architectural direction and hands-on technical guidance to Salesforce development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead architecture and design discussions with business leaders, product owners, enterprise architects, and technology teams to define solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Integration Architecture: Design integration patterns between Salesforce and enterprise applications using APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architecture, and other integration technologies.

• Architecture Governance: Own technical design decisions, conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and ensure solutions align with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
• Delivery Ownership: Partner with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams to drive solution delivery, resolve technical dependencies, and support successful production deployments.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into actionable technical designs, ensuring development teams have clear direction and implementation guidance.

• Required Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, design, and development, with significant experience delivering enterprise solutions in the financial services industry.
•
• Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and its underlying data model.
• Experience with Salesforce Data 360, including data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, and integration with Salesforce applications.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, including standard and custom objects, relationships, data migration, and data governance.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
•
• Experience designing complex enterprise integrations using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and asynchronous integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, sharing models, role hierarchies, permission sets, and regulatory compliance considerations.
•
• Proven experience leading technical architecture discussions, influencing design decisions, and providing technical direction to distributed development teams.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps, and release management.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Wealth Management, including advisor workflows, client onboarding, household management, investment account servicing, and CRM modernization.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce transformation programs, legacy platform modernization, and complex data migration initiatives.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory requirements, data privacy, and enterprise governance frameworks.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with portfolio management, custodial, financial planning, and other wealth management platforms. Ideal Candidate A technically strong, delivery-focused Salesforce architecture leader who can operate at both strategic and execution levels. The candidate must be comfortable leading discussions with senior business and technology stakeholders, making architecture decisions, resolving complex integration and data challenges, and providing clear technical direction to development teams. The successful candidate will combine deep Salesforce technical expertise with strong financial services domain knowledge and the ability to drive architecture decisions through to successful implementation.
