Role Structure (2 Open Positions)

We are looking to fill two roles, structured as follows:

Option 1: Specialized Roles

Workday Extend Developer
Workday Studio Developer

Option 2: Hybrid Profiles

Both roles filled by strong Workday Developers with deep experience in the Talent Module
Ideally with experience in either or both:

Workday Extend
Workday Studio

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong hands-on Workday development experience
Deep knowledge of the Workday Talent module
Experience building integrations (Studio)
Experience building custom applications or extensions (Extend)
Ability to operate independently and support ongoing project work

Job Description: In this contingent resource assignment, candidate may:

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and largescale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
Review and analyze complex multifaceted, larger scale, or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Required Qualifications:

5 plus years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
