Role Descriptions:
Advanced proficiency in Figma| including auto layout| components| prototyping| and design systems.
Experience designing for credit unions| banks| or fintech| with a strong understanding of digital banking workflows.
Expertise in designing responsive websites and native mobile apps (iOS/ Android).
Ability to design user journeys for Online mobile banking Account onboarding Loan credit card applications Payments| transfers| bill pay Digital servicing flows Familiarity with WCAG 2.x and ADA compliance for U.S. digital experiences.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to create personas| user flows| IA| journey maps| and interactive prototypes.
Strong understanding of design methodologies (Design Thinking| UCD| Double Diamond).
Familiarity with regulatory considerations disclosures| fraud prevention| clarity in financial UI.
Experience maintaining and scaling design systems.
