A Senior OpenText Certified Cloud Consultant leads enterprise digital transformation, cloud migrations, and technical support for OpenText's Information Management and Cloud platforms. They bridge business needs with IT, bridging solution design, deployment, hands-on administration, and AI integration for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Gather client requirements, design scalable EIM/cloud architectures, and plan system migrations.
  • Deployment & Administration: Install, configure, and upgrade OpenText solutions (e.g., xECM, Content Server, Documentum, or OT2) in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Cloud Operations & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex break/fix issues, administer production systems, and resolve alerts while adhering to SLA parameters.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present technical solutions to C-level executives, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with cross-functional teams globally.]
  • AI & Continuous Improvement: Implement the latest AI/ML capabilities, optimize workflows, and maintain knowledge base documentation.
Core Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise application delivery, technical support, or cloud solution consulting.
  • Certifications: Current OpenText Certification (e.g., in xECM, AppWorks, or relevant EIM solutions). ITIL certification (v3/v4) is highly preferred.
  • Technical Stack:
    • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform), or Kubernetes.
    • Environments: Windows Server, Linux/Unix, VMware.
    • Databases: Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
    • Scripting/Programming: Java, JavaScript, SQL, Python, or shell scripting.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently or in a high-pressure on-call rotation. [
