Job Details- Handle H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions across a diverse employer client base
- Prepare PERM labor certification filings
- Draft and review I-140 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications
- Draft petitions, support letters, and legal briefs to a high standard of precision
- Manage an active caseload across multiple matters and simultaneous deadlines
- Serve as primary point of contact for employer clients and HR stakeholders
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff on case progression
Looking For:
- J.D. and bar admission in any state
- 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience
Familiarity with: H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM/Labor Certification, I-140, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, Global Work Authorization, Employer Compliance
