- 10% origination bonus plus production bonus starting at $20k for the first 100 hours over the annual billable minimum, increasing by $5k for every additional 50 hours

Job Details- Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients across all phases
- Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
- Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
- Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
- Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and employment-related documents
- Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution
- Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
- Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives
Looking For:
- Bar admission in applicable state
- Recent labor and employment experience
