SAP HR / Dayforce Integration Consultant

Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP HR / Dayforce Integration Consultant to provide advisory support for an existing Dayforce-to-SAP integration.
The organization implemented Dayforce (Ceridian) as its system of record for HR approximately 18 months ago.
While Dayforce now manages employee and organizational data, several enterprise applications continue to depend on SAP HR organizational structures for reporting relationships and manager assignments.
The current interface between Dayforce and SAP HR has experienced ongoing issues since the Dayforce implementation.
We are looking for an expert to assess the existing integration, identify root causes, and recommend a practical solution.
Responsibilities
Review the current Dayforce-to-SAP HR integration architecture.
Analyze organizational management (OM) and employee master data synchronization.
Investigate issues related to reporting relationships, manager assignments, and organizational hierarchy. - Assess interfaces supporting downstream applications such as SAP Concur, SAP CATS (Time Recording), and ReadSoft.
Review SAP HR Organizational Management and Personnel Administration configurations.
Evaluate middleware, interface design, IDocs, BAPIs, CPI/PI/PO, or other integration technologies. - Identify root causes and provide recommendations for stabilization and long-term improvements. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and integration teams to validate findings and proposed solutions.
Deliver documentation outlining issues, recommendations, and implementation approach.
Required Skills
8+ years of SAP HR / SAP HCM experience.
Strong expertise in SAP Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA).
Hands-on experience integrating **Dayforce (Ceridian) with SAP HR.
Experience troubleshooting HR data interfaces and employee master data synchronization.
Knowledge of organizational structures, reporting hierarchies, manager assignments, and HR master data.
Experience with SAP integration technologies including IDocs, BAPIs, ALE, CPI, SAP PI/PO, or Integration Suite.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and consulting experience. Preferred Qualifications
Previous Dayforce implementation or integration experience.
Experience supporting SAP Concur, SAP CATS, ReadSoft, or other SAP-connected applications.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or hybrid HR landscapes.
Experience documenting integration architecture and solution recommendations.
