Our direct customer is seeking an IT Support Technician to join their growing team. You will be working directly with end users to support the IT environment as a Level 1 technician. If you''''re interested in making a career move, please apply to this position today.

REQUIREMENTS

1+ years of Desktop Support or Help Desk experience
Must have hands on support experience with Windows PCs, Printers, Faxes, Scanners, and mobile devices
Any experience with Active Directory, Office 365, Application Support, and/or Network support is nice to have
Candidate must have excellent end user support experience and a positive attitude.
Candidate must be comfortable with a 10pm to 6am schedule of Wed - Sun (off on Mon and Tues).
