Summary

Role: SAP S/4 HANA Migration Syniti Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Migration Consultant with strong expertise in Syniti (formerly BackOffice Associates) tools to support data migration, transformation, and governance initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely data movement from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementations using Syniti tools.
Analyze legacy data systems and define data migration strategies, including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data quality standards are met.
Design and develop data migration objects, mappings, and transformation rules.
Perform data profiling, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with functional and technical SAP teams (FI, MM, SD, etc.) for seamless data integration.
Support mock loads, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities.
Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide solutions during migration cycles.
Ensure compliance with data governance and audit requirements.
Document migration processes, methodologies, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA data migration projects.
Hands-on expertise with Syniti ADMM (Advanced Data Migration Management) or related Syniti platform tools.
Good understanding of SAP data objects (Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance data, etc.).
Experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation.
Familiarity with SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, or other migration tools is a plus.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
