Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager in San Francisco, CA. This is an 8-month, fixed-term Product Marketing role providing parental leave coverage, reporting to the Lead Product Marketing Manager, Solution Strategy.

Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Solution Taxonomy & Standardization: Maintain a comprehensive taxonomy and strategic roadmap of high-value platform use cases across segments, helping translate platform capabilities into industry and line of business-specific solutions that solve tangible customer pain points
* Web Experience: Manage the ongoing maintenance of our use case webpages; Coordinate content updates, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and refreshes to help ensure that use case information remains accurate, current, and aligned with broader go-to-market messaging
* Gong Insights & Use Case Attribution: Apply AI prompting techniques to create, test, and optimize prompts that pinpoint the primary use case for purchasing Client Products; Participate in cross-functional efforts with Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and other relevant stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain data integrity; Synthesize Gong insights with broader customer data sources to build a comprehensive view of customer needs and the use cases driving their product adoption
* Use Case Evaluation & Governance: Support the operations of the use case governance board, including managing the evaluation criteria across multiple data sources used to assess and prioritize use cases, capturing stakeholder inputs, tracking follow-ups, and documenting decisions
* Standard Bill of Materials: Maintain a standardized bi l of materials for platform use cases in a central, easily discoverable location that drives consistency across teams, including internal guides, pitch decks, demos, case studies, webpages, and more

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, including leading cross-functional GTM orchestration at scale
* Experience working with website content, sales or customer data, CRM operations processes, and Gong is a plus
* Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments to bring structure to complex work
* Highly communicative and collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with proven judgement to align across diverse set of stakeholders
* Self-starter who can drive progress and alignment across complex projects and multiple cross-functional teams
* Strong data fluency, with the ability to work confidently with structured and unstructured customer data, assess data quality, identify patterns and gaps, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations; Experience using AI tools and prompting techniques to analyze unstructured data is a plus
* Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that fuel growth across a multi-product portfolio
* Experience creating sales enablement resources, driving field adoption, and establishing usage analytics and feedback loops for continuous optimization

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
