Location: Southlake Texas

Job Type : Full time

Travel: Occasional travel to operational locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IFS enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and integration requirements.
Configure, test, and support IFS modules across:
- Finance
- Supply Chain
- Manufacturing
- Projects
- Sales
Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using IFS reporting tools and Power BI.
Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing efforts.
Facilitate user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
Partner with business and technical teams through design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot system, integration, and reporting issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting IFS ERP environments.
Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional workflows.
Experience with reporting, analytics, and Power BI.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
