Summary

Role : IFS BA

Location: Southlake Texas

Job Type : Full time

Travel: Occasional travel to operational locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for IFS enhancements, customizations, and integrations.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and integration requirements.
  • Configure, test, and support IFS modules across:
    • Finance
    • Supply Chain
    • Manufacturing
    • Projects
    • Sales
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights using IFS reporting tools and Power BI.
  • Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing efforts.
  • Facilitate user training, documentation, and ongoing system support.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
  • Partner with business and technical teams through design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot system, integration, and reporting issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting IFS ERP environments.
  • Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ERP business processes and cross-functional workflows.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams.
