We''re looking for a Hands-On GenAI Lead who can drive architecture, development, and production deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This is NOT a prompt engineering or chatbot developer role—it requires deep technical expertise and leadership in enterprise AI.
🔹 What You''ll Build:
✅ Enterprise GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and orchestration frameworks
✅ AI-powered Chatbots, Copilots, Document Intelligence, Summarization, and Information Extraction solutions
✅ Scalable, cloud-native AI applications with Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
🔹 Required Skills:
✔️ 15+ years of overall IT experience
✔️ 8+ years in Software Engineering with 4+ years in Generative AI
✔️ Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, and Cloud-Native Development
✔️ Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face, LangChain, CrewAI, and LangGraph
✔️ Deep understanding of RAG, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and Multi-Agent AI Systems
✔️ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform
✔️ Exposure to PyTorch or TensorFlow is a plus
🌟 Preferred Qualifications:
