We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to lead and inspire multiple cross-functional software teams in developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining innovative products and services. Responsibilities:

Lead multiple software engineering teams in an agile environment, ensuring successful product development and maintenance.

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, facilitating agile processes and removing obstacles.

Collaborate with product management and project management to plan release and sprint cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Drive iterative improvements in software deployment processes to enhance release frequency and quality.

Partner with product management and engineering leadership to prioritize tasks and develop technical solutions.

Provide guidance and coaching to team members, setting goals, measuring performance, and conducting regular check-ins and formal reviews.

Promote continuous improvement in development and testing processes through architectural reviews, security audits, code evaluations, and pipeline optimization.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining clear communication and alignment across teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience as a software developer with attention to detail.
Proven experience in technical leadership roles, such as team lead or equivalent.
Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including .NET, C#, Angular, and JavaScript.
Strong expertise in API development and SQL.
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and practices.
Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
