We are seeking a high-energy, technically curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead the charge in transforming high-intent prospects into qualified opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for technical decision-makers who have engaged with our strategic research and intent-data platforms. Your goal is to act as a bridge between a prospect''s current infrastructure bottlenecks and a Leverage Technologies cloud solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Intent-Based Outreach: Systematically engage with leads identified through our strategic data partnerships using a multi-channel approach (Phone, Email, LinkedIn).
· Consultative Qualification: Use frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC to qualify leads, focusing on their current "on-prem" pain points and AWS migration readiness.
· Technical Storytelling: Articulate the value of AWS Migration Acceleration Programs (MAP), cloud-native modernization (containers/serverless), and FinOps.
· Strategic Nurturing: Execute high-touch sequences to provide value to prospects currently in the "research and evaluation" phase of their cloud journey.
· Architectural Alignment: Work closely with our AWS Solution Architects to transition highly qualified opportunities into deep-dive discovery sessions.
· Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in our CRM to track lead conversion rates and provide feedback on lead quality from various data channels.
Requirements
· Experience: 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Cloud Services, SaaS, or IT Managed Services.
· Cloud Literacy: A foundational understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS) and the "7 Rs" of migration strategy. (AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a major plus).
· Strategic Mindset: Ability to handle high-volume outreach while maintaining a personalized, advisory-first tone tailored to the prospect''s specific intent signals.
· Communication: Exceptional written skills—you can synthesize complex technical benefits into clear, value-driven messaging.
· Tech Stack: Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and modern sales engagement tools.
