Automation QA with TOSCA

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to drive enterprise-wide quality engineering and automation initiatives across mission-critical financial systems. In this role, you will design scalable automation frameworks, enable continuous testing within Agile and CI/CD environments, and help deliver secure, high-quality software releases at scale.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on expertise in Selenium and Tosca, a passion for automation-first quality practices, and experience working in complex enterprise or regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA automation initiatives throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and backend testing
• Develop automated regression, integration, and end-to-end test suites using tools such as Selenium, Tosca, or equivalent platforms
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster release cycles
• Establish and promote automation standards, reusable frameworks, and QA best practices across teams
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and QA teams to improve software quality and delivery efficiency
• Support defect triage, root cause analysis, test data management, and environment stability
• Ensure applications meet enterprise security and compliance standards, including PCI DSS and related regulatory requirements
• Contribute to operational excellence through automation, process optimization, and DevOps-driven quality engineering
• Explore and implement AI/ML-driven testing capabilities such as intelligent test generation, self-healing automation, predictive defect analysis, and AI-assisted QA tooling

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years focused on automation testing
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Tosca, or comparable automation tools
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with API testing and automation for REST and SOAP services
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices
• Experience building scalable, maintainable, and reusable automation frameworks
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing approaches and modern QA automation trends
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in financial services, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with qTest or similar test management platforms
• Experience with SQL/database validation and data-driven testing
• Exposure to performance, load, and security testing practices
• Experience working with globally distributed QA and engineering teams
• Familiarity with tools such as GitLab, Jira, ServiceNow, Jenkins, or similar platforms
