Role SummaryThe MDM Administrator will oversee and evolve the organization's mobile device program as it transitions to a hybrid managed/BYOD environment. This role is responsible for managing device lifecycle operations, enforcing security policies, and optimizing mobile device performance using modern device management platforms. While the position supports a distributed workforce, the role plays a critical part in ensuring consistent, secure, and efficient mobile operations aligned with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities- Administer mobile device management (MDM) platforms, including enrollment profiles, compliance policies, and configuration standards for iOS devices
- Manage mobile application lifecycle, including app approvals, deployments, and policy enforcement
- Oversee automated device enrollment and provisioning processes to ensure seamless onboarding and upgrades
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and lifecycle records for all mobile devices within IT service management systems
- Act as the primary liaison for cellular vendor management, including line provisioning, billing oversight, and service issue resolution
- Coordinate device procurement, activation, and deployment for both domestic and international users
- Enforce mobile security standards, including access controls, authentication protocols, and data protection policies
- Manage device issuance, replacement cycles, and response protocols for lost or stolen devices
- Support employee offboarding by coordinating device return, reassignment, and deprovisioning processes
- Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to mobile device management and operations
Compensation & Benefits- $95,000-$120,000
