Job Summary

Client is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Lead Engineer to lead the architecture, implementation, integration, and activation strategy for enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Orchestration, Customer AI, data modelling, and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, implementation, and deployment of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions.
• Architect and implement customer data strategies for segmentation, personalization, and omnichannel activation.
• Design scalable data ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, and activation pipelines within AEP.
• Build and manage XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas and enforce data governance standards.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including:
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Target
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Adobe Campaign
• Integrate AEP with third-party platforms such as CRMs, DMPs, and cloud data warehouses.
• Provide technical leadership on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Troubleshoot data quality, performance, security, and integration issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and data science teams to enhance customer experiences.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and create technical documentation.
• Stay current with Adobe Experience Platform enhancements and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 9+ years of experience in Digital Experience Platforms, MarTech, or Customer Data Platforms.
• 3–4+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) development and implementation experience.

• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform
• Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO) Certification
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK and Mobile SDK
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation Platforms and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
