Summary

.******************** DIRECT CLIENT REQUIREMENT *********************

Daily Duties / Responsibilities:
-Maintains the three environments (Dev, Test, Production) of ServiceNow for Admin, including configurations, changes, system updates promotions, cloning, and security.
- Create, maintain and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions.
- Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation.
Required skills :
1.-Strong knowledge and experience managing/developing a large-scale ServiceNow environment
2.-ITSM concepts and Framework
3.-Server API Development
4.-Powershell
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
-Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
-Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers.
-Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors and other officials
