Job Description:
We\'re seeking a Senior Product Manager II to lead the strategic enablement, implementation, and scaling of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and related Salesforce products within a designated business unit. This role will be instrumental in modernizing and unifying endtoend revenue processes including quoting, pricing, contracting, billing, and renewals to support growth, operational scalability, and an improved customer experience.
This is a highly crossfunctional role that sits at the intersection of product management, revenue operations, enterprise systems, and gotomarket execution. The ideal candidate brings deep product thinking, strong Salesforce platform experience, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, configurable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Revenue Cloud and adjacent Salesforce capabilities (e.g., CPQ, Billing, Contracts, Sales Cloud, integrations).
- Define success metrics and business outcomes aligned to revenue growth, efficiency, and scalability.
- Continuously prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and organizational readiness.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud Enablement
- Lead the implementation and rollout of Salesforce Revenue Cloud within the business unit, partnering closely with Enterprise IT and Salesforce teams.
- Drive adoption of standardized revenue processes while supporting necessary businessunitspecific use cases.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, configurable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
CrossFunctional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary product partner to Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Customer Operations, Marketing, and RevOps teams.
- Gather requirements, translate them into clear product definitions, and align stakeholders on tradeoffs and decisions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on revenue transformation and platform capabilities.
Execution & Delivery:
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with delivery teams (internal and external) through design, build, test, and deployment.
- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and change impacts.
Enablement & Change Management:
- Support change management by enabling stakeholders with training, documentation, and communication.
- Monitor adoption and performance postlaunch; identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Champion a productled mindset across revenuerelated systems and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems Product Ownership, or a closely related role.
- Handson experience delivering Salesforce products in a complex enterprise environment.
- Direct experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, or Contract Lifecycle Management.
- Strong understanding of B2B revenue models, subscription billing, pricing, and deal complexity.
- Proven ability to lead crossfunctional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity.
Preferred / NicetoHave Qualifications:
- Experience working in SaaS, information services, or highly regulated industries.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Revenue Cloud, CPQ Specialist, Product Owner).
- Experience with largescale platform implementations or global rollouts.
- Familiarity with Agile / SAFe product delivery models.
- Background partnering with Finance and Legal on revenue operations.
