Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Validating requirements and processing midrange compute requests.
- Procuring servers and integrated rack components through established workflows (e.g., expense management, purchase requests, and purchase orders).
- Managing inventory logistics, including tracking, allocation, and availability.
- Completion of all engagement and logistics tasks for assigned projects.
- Coordinating shipment and delivery of compute hardware to data centers.
- Facilitating effective communication and coordination with internal partners, external vendors, and consumers.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Midrange server hardware and infrastructure experience (2 years).-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Project management experience.
- Service request fulfillment experience.
- Pro-active work ethic with the ability to work independently as well as with guidance.
- MS Excel experience.
- BMC ITSM Remedy experience.
- Client HPE server configuration experience.
- GepSmart experience.
- Client experience.
