Overview

We are seeking a Senior Bilingual IT Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex initiatives for large enterprise organizations. This is a highly visible, client-facing role supporting technology and security projects across distributed teams in the U.S. and LATAM.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and commercially aware, with the ability to lead executive-level conversations, manage delivery end-to-end, and identify opportunities for account growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery across multiple enterprise engagements

• Lead client meetings, executive updates, and stakeholder communications

• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams (engineering, security, cloud)

• Manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and change requests

• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations and SLAs

• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and documentation

• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

• Identify and support upsell / expansion opportunities in collaboration with account teams

Required Experience

• 8–12+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Delivery Management, or Program Management

• Proven track record managing large enterprise clients and complex projects

• Strong experience in client-facing, executive-level environments

• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery in technical environments

• Experience managing distributed teams across regions (U.S. & LATAM preferred)

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Language Requirements (Mandatory)

• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)

• Ability to lead meetings, presentations, and written communications in both languages

Technical Environment (Preferred)

• Experience with Microsoft ecosystem, including:

  • Azure

  • Microsoft 365 (M365)

  • Microsoft Security stack (Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel, Purview)

• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and security environments
  (Hands-on engineering is not required, but technical credibility is essential)

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or professional services environments

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications

• Experience supporting regulated industries or security-focused projects
