Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote Philadelphia area)

Are you a Data QA expert who loves ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and compliance - especially in the healthcare payer space? This could be a great fit for you!

We're looking for a Data QA Lead who can take charge of data quality strategy, lead QA teams, and work closely with data engineers and architects on enterprise Azure data platforms.

You'll get to:
Define and drive the overall Data QA strategy for large-scale data platforms.
Lead and mentor a team of talented QA analysts/testers.
Design and automate testing for ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, ADF, and SQL.
Validate payer data (claims, member, provider, and clinical) and ensure FHIR/CMS interoperability compliance.
Build automation frameworks using Great Expectations, PySpark, and integrate with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate across teams to ensure top-notch data quality and performance.

What we're looking for:

10+ years in data QA/testing (with at least 5 years in a lead role)
Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, ADF, PySpark, Python, and SQL
Solid understanding of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and QA automation
Great communication and leadership skills you'll be working cross-functionally with data engineers, architects, and business users
