Zuora Systems Administrator / Consultant
Remote contract through March 31st, 2027 to start
Role Summary
We are seeking a mid-level Zuora Systems Administrator / Consultant to support our Zuora Cloud subscription billing platform. This role is embedded within the Financial Systems team and works closely with the Zuora Admin team and Financial Systems Product/Engineering teams to manage platform configuration, implement changes, and ensure billing and revenue operations run smoothly across sandbox and Production environments.
Responsibilities
Manage and support product catalog, custom fields, events and notifications, and reporting within Zuora
Administer security requests related to roles and OneID
Support Zuora Revenue (RevPro) configuration and management
Review and develop change control documents; implement approved changes across Zuora Billing and Revenue tenants in sandbox and Production environments
Support audit requests in collaboration with the Zuora Admin and Financial Systems teams
Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Zuora platform
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Zuora or similar subscription billing platforms
Working knowledge of Zuora UI and core platform capabilities, including Billing, Payment, Revenue Management, and Admin/User Management
General billing knowledge appropriate to a subscription billing environment
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and financial stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Background in a consulting capacity, supporting enterprise clients or internal business teams
