Given the scope of work and the fact that H&P is a podium account, this role requires a highly seasoned engineer.
Ideally, the candidate should hold Microsoft role‐based certifications or comparable technical credentials.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Identity Lifecycle Engineer to support a large Microsoft tenant and domain migration project under a Statement of Work. This role will partner with internal IT teams and external stakeholders to design and execute a streamlined transition toward a unified and secure identity environment as part of an ongoing acquisition integration.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have hands‐on expertise with large‐scale identity, tenant, and domain migrations, including:
- Microsoft 365 tenant‐to‐tenant migrations
- Active Directory and Entra ID integrations
- Understanding of workstation and server identity impacts during domain transitions
- Strong background in identity technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and Okta to ensure a smooth, secure cutover to a single identity platform- while maintaining security/compliance.
- Understands the end user perspective and impacts at each stage of these migrations and can help mitigate through advanced planning and communications
- Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams, as well as with external project partners
