Required Qualifications:

  • Handle incoming calls and user support requests professionally
  • Log and manage incidents using ServiceNow or ticketing systems
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide initial resolution
  • Triage and escalate issues to appropriate support teams
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of support tickets
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain user satisfaction
  • Work night shifts and weekend rotational schedules (CST hours)
  • Handle high call volumes efficiently
