Role Overview
The Epic MyChart Senior Analyst is responsible for leading the configuration, optimization, and support of Epic MyChart patient facing workflows. This role focuses on improving patient engagement, self service capabilities, messaging workflows, and digital front door experience by working closely with clinical, operations, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead build and configuration of Epic MyChart features and workflows
• Configure and support messaging, questionnaires, eCheck In, patient requests, proxy access, and refill workflows
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex MyChart production issues (L2/L3)
• Support MyChart upgrades, enhancements, and go live activities
• Collaborate with Ambulatory, Cadence, Clinical, and Digital teams
• Ensure configurations align with security, privacy, and patient experience standards
• Mentor junior analysts and provide design guidance
Must Have Skills
• Strong hands on experience with Epic MyChart configuration and support
• Experience handling patient messaging, refill requests, questionnaires, and MyChart workflows
• Experience working as a Senior / Lead Epic Analyst
• Strong understanding of patient facing clinical and operational workflows
• Experience supporting production environments and incidents
• Ability to work with onshore teams and clinical stakeholders
Good to Have Skills
• Epic MyChart Certification
• Exposure to Ambulatory or Cadence integrations with MyChart
• Experience with MyChart go lives, rollouts, or optimization programs
• Knowledge of security, proxy access, and privacy settings
• Prior experience supporting US healthcare provider clients
• Offshore / global delivery experience
