Description: Employees in this job function are responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications and products that meet customer needs. They participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, quality testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Full-stack engineers-those capable of developing both user interfaces and server-side components-are included in this job function.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to deeply understand their use cases, pain points, and requirements, demonstrating empathy and advocating for user-centric solutions.Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using a variety of tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (e.g., Agile), and technologies.Analyze application or service requirements to determine the most appropriate technology stack, integration methods, and deployment strategies.Create high-level architecture designs that define the application's structure, components, and interfaces.Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, designers, architects, and other stakeholders.Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, policies, and processes aligned with organizational standards, industry regulations, and best practices.Continuously improve application performance, optimize systems, and adopt new technologies to maximize development efficiency.Apply modern programming practices, such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and continuous delivery.Implement security best practices, including encryption, anonymization, and secure coding standards.Develop intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the customer experience.Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, including APIs and microservices, using server-side languages and frameworks.Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, contributing to innovation in new stack layers and participating in broader industry collaboration.Required Skills- Google Cloud Platform Cloud Run

Required Experience- 5+ years of experience in Angular (v16+)
- 5+ years of experience with HTML and CSS
- 5+ years of experience with Spring Boot 3, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security
- 5+ years of SQL/Oracle or PostgreSQL experience
- Experience with Microservices, APIGEE, REST API development
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS Buckets) for development and deployment
- 5+ years of experience in Java and object-oriented programming
Preferred Experience- Agile development methodologies

- Strong understanding of design principles such as OOP
- Ability to perform static and dynamic code quality analysis
Education- Bachelor's degree required
